  I highly recommend going directly to this UPS store. Despite corporate saying they do not guarantee shipping on time, the store did. The manager reached out to me right away to ensure I received a full refund and went above and beyond by sending the refund directly to my home. In the future I will go directly to this UPS store and not bother with corporate. Here is my original 2 star review to provide a little background: The in store service was great and very helpful. However, I paid about $40 extra to guarantee a certain delivery date, only to be told by corporate that the guarantee is not really a guarantee when it arrived a day late. Corporate told me I didnt arrive by a certain time of day to send the package in order to guarantee the date they wrote on the receipt. They also would not reimburse me because they don't really guarantee the date written on the receipt. This is extremely deceptive and concerning since medical supplies did not reach a relative when needed.
