- MMMarciaMay 9, 20261.0The customer service at the Plymouth, WI post office is disappointing. The male employee working the counter on the morning of May 9, 2026, was both rude and disrespectful. When I asked for a small piece of tape, he simply pointed to the retail display and said, “We sell it right there.” I asked again to confirm whether a single piece could be provided, and he abruptly responded, “No.” As a result, I was forced to spend $3.99 on an entire roll just to use a small piece as I had limited time to leave and come back. Experiences like this make it understandable why customers may choose to take their business online or use other shipping services such as UPS instead of the postal service.

When I go to drop something there is almost never anyone else there and the workers are very prompt (they don't usually stand right there but come up right when they hear you enter)
