I had three packages that were lost - I should have called the post office sooner - once I called - two of the packages showed up the same day and the other one finally moved out of MN and is on track to arrive today! Amazing. Very easy to contact them as well. Great Job Pewaukee Post Office!

Whoever manages this post office should try to hire staff that isn’t so horrifyingly miserable. There’s no reason to treat people the way they do. It’s gross.

- CGCindy GregorySep 28, 20191.0Why do they NEVER answer their phone? Every time you call there no matter what time it is, no one answers. The main PO people said they should answer their phone. I am so frustrated. I got a PO Box because three packages have been stolen. Now I have another missing package. UPS said they delivered it to the post office , but the post office has no record of it. They said the UPS driver dropped it off and signed the post office’s employee’s name as accepting the package, but they don’t have any USPS tracking info. The items I ordered now are not available for a reshipment. Grr! One of the post office ladies said she would check again this am and call me. Of course, no follow up. They need to have more than one person at the window when there are lines. And then you call the 800 number and I have never waited less than one hour to talk to someone. Unacceptable! I’m on hold right now as I’m typing this. Over 20 minutes on hold. Oh goody just another 40 minutes minimum to wait😡😡
