They helped me return a poorly shipped Drumkit.... Very heavy package so yo go here first. They create a return label and you actually drop it off at the Ground Shipping terminal in Menomonee Falls. After following instructions from the security Guard at the Guard shack I pulled in and a gentlemen helped me offload onto a cart and back it went. The company got the big box back and I recieved a full refund. Smooth straight-forward process.

I cannot express how grateful that I am with this FedEx office. Mrs. Misty Olli did a wonderful job. She made sure that a history relic was secured, packaged and will be delivered in a very timely manner. The historic item is the Spartan Axe (and a Spartan Sword) that both were forged from steel recovered from the World Trade Center buildings that fell on 9/11. These powerful symbols were created to inspire veterans and first responders to take the “Spartan Pledge” — a vow written by Iraq War veteran Boone Cutler, encouraging veterans to promise they will reach out to a battle buddy before considering suicide. The Spartan Axe was at our Bandit Brothers Rendezvous over the Labor Day Weekend. This event is hosted in Northwest AL. This annual event is were my brothers who all deployed in combat with our historical unit 3/320th 101st Airborne have gathered for eleven years. For the past several years we have taken the Spartan Pledge. The past two years we have had both the Spartan Sword and the Spartan Axe on dite. This year we honored a fallen Brother Gabriel Meyle who took his own life, PTSD suicide. We had the Axe brought down. Unfortunately due to unforseen events it couldn't return with the individual who brought it down. William Olli (one of our Bandits Brothers) suggested FedEx it. He told us his wife works for FedEx. He called her to confirm that she could and would square us away. Without hesitation Mrs. Olli stepped up to the plate and fixed our problem. The Spartan Axe will make it to the 911 Ground Zero Ceremony in time. Our Bandit Brothers Family is very grateful to have such a wonderful and patriotic professional such as Mrs. Olli to handle our situation. THANK YOU SO MUCH MA'AM!!!

This fedex is awful. After claiming my address was undeliverable (even though they have delivered here before). They wanted me to come pick up very large piece of furniture that I do not have a car big enough to take. When I explained the situation, they said they would just send back to company and I should reorder. Easy for them to say, it was an end of season close out. Zero help on their part and zero attempt to redeliver. Avoid using FedEx at any cost for shipping.
