- AAAlicia AApr 23, 20265.0I stopped to drop some packages off and was quite surprised by how friendly Toni was. She was super efficient too! It definitely was a better experience than dropping packages at other shipping facilities in town.

No help from customer service because they need a valid tracking number. I dont know if my package was ever delivered. Poor costmer service.

- AHAdriana HerricksDec 10, 20255.0Huge thank you to Wendy! Yesterday I called 6 different FedEx numbers trying to work out where my 5 missing packages went. The standard customer service number was no help and I was eventually forwarded to Wendy at the Onalaska location. She was absolutely fantastic! So helpful and lovely. I was frustrated about my packages to say the least and she went above and beyond to help me solve my issues and even offered to make some extra calls for me even though it had nothing to do with her location. She did some digging, called me back, and gave me all the info I needed to fix my address issue that I wasn’t aware of for future shipments. I so appreciated all of her help because she was the ONLY person willing to really look into the problem with my missing packages.

They seem to know what they are doing and they are nice people. Prices on other merchandise, on the shelf, are really expensive. Fedex shipping is easy to do here. They seem to have a handle on it. This is also pretty expensive usually. THE BAD..I stopped in this morning at 7:45am. The doors were locked and the store was closed. The sign on the door indicates they open at 7:30 and website indicates the same. I would NEVER rely on them for anything important or time sensitive.
