- TKTabitha KaercherJul 27, 20261.0I didn’t get her name but assuming from previous reviews I must have spoke to Pearl. I have sent out two different packages that have yet to even be in the system. When I asked about it she explained it was snail mail and then got really rude about it. Just sad. Don’t work customer service if you can’t handle customer service. I was as nice as I could be, why couldn’t you.

The whole point of the job is to help mail process go smoothly and not speak to people with a mean attitude. Omro post office needs to get rid of her asap.
