  For the 4th time now, a carrier came to deliver a package (prescription medications mind you) and left the "missed delivery" slip in my mailbox rather than the door, as they did not knock or ring the door bell. This happens frequently, and one of the times I had to chase down the driver in -20° weather when I saw him drive by without even attempting to deliver a package. I called to talk to someone about it (again), and the post office lady decided to argue that "they're a trustworthy carrier, and they said they knocked and rang the door bell, you just didn't hear it". I was home all day and waiting in my livingroom (quite literally 5 feet from the door, with a massive window facing the walkway) and nobody came to the door. The service and staff at the Oconomowoc location are an absolute​ joke.

  Handed birthday card to woman on 2/14/2026 at the counter had her post mark the envelope and as of today it has not been delivered 2/27/2026

  Negative stars if it were possible. Was expecting 2 deliveries today according to the tracking. One large package was delivered and the second package was not delivered with this on tracking info...No access to delivery location. Are you people just stupid. How can you access my front door with one package but cant seem to get the small one there. Just say oh, forgot to put on truck or cant find it but in todays world it seems its better to blame someone else for your mistake.

  I put a single check in an envelope. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my grandparents who live up in Canada. I handed it to the people behind the counter at this location on 12/12/2025. I paid $43 for it to be sent. I tracked it the whole way. It wasn't delivered until today, 01/14/2026. That's 32 days for a single envelope to be delivered. Unacceptable. Merry (very late) Christmas, Grandma and Grandpa. :(

  12/20/24 5:30pm Thankfully someone brought my package to my door. It was laying outside on top of all the mailboxes — AGAIN. This is happening way too often when I have specific directions with delivery to be at the front door. If you don’t deliver and follow delivery instructions, then don’t process the order and agree to deliver it to my front door. Glucose tablets are frozen. Thankfully it wasn’t the migraine nasal spray or my contacts. I have to go through the process of making multiple phone calls, sending emails and then being informed to return my damage products and to wait for a new one. What is the point when it is going to sit outside? This is unacceptable. The lack of care and respect for items that individuals pay a lot of money for (even on disability) is disheartening.
