- TDThomas DeZellJun 15, 20265.0Without going into great detail, I was supposed to receive a package on Saturday and it never arrived. The tracking information said that the package was delivered to my address. On Monday, I called the Oconomowoc Post Office and spoke with Colin. He helped me sort out what was needed to be done. I called the company that I had ordered the package from, and we determined it was sent to an old address. Colin reached out to the carrier of my old address., Where that carrier left a note for the present owners of the house. Colin called later in the day to show me that he would follow up regardless of the outcome. His efforts went well above usual and customary. He made my day.

A package was supposedly delivered to my house and I got the notification that it was delivered but there was nothing on my porch. I went to the post office and they tracked it and said it was delivered to a different residence. The supervisor said he would call me the same day with an update...no call. I went back to the post office and same scenario...no call. I get that accidents happen but there is only one address like mine and would honestly be hard to screw it up. Get ur stuff together Oconomowoc.
- NTNathan TaylorMar 17, 20261.0For the 4th time now, a carrier came to deliver a package (prescription medications mind you) and left the "missed delivery" slip in my mailbox rather than the door, as they did not knock or ring the door bell. This happens frequently, and one of the times I had to chase down the driver in -20° weather when I saw him drive by without even attempting to deliver a package. I called to talk to someone about it (again), and the post office lady decided to argue that "they're a trustworthy carrier, and they said they knocked and rang the door bell, you just didn't hear it". I was home all day and waiting in my livingroom (quite literally 5 feet from the door, with a massive window facing the walkway) and nobody came to the door. The service and staff at the Oconomowoc location are an absolute joke.
