- HHHollyMay 12, 20261.0My packages are consistently horrendously late and often forwarded to other states even tho i live within 11 miles of this poor excuse of a center. Currently on day 9 of waiting for a package to travel 11 miles. I could have walked there and back multiple times to get it with how slow this place is.

This post office will literally ship your package to another state and back so they dont have to deliver it early. Also any time ive had a packages lost or or delayed its always this post office that was the last to handle the package. USPS need to fix this mess
- MDMichael DuncanApr 15, 20261.0This post office is absolutely horrible. Id say at best you have 50% of receiving a package on time if it goes through the Oak Creek, DC. I have had packages get mistakenly sent from Oak Creek to Milwaukee, back to Oak Creek then sent to Madison. I live in Oak Creek. Every time i see I have a package going through this place I am will filled with dread. They honestly should shut this place down, the service is horrible and the employees dont seem to care. If you can avoid this place, do it by any cost necessary.

- BABria AltamoreApr 8, 20261.0Oak Creek Post Office is probably the absolute WORST post office ever. Hire people that ACTUALLY care. That’s where your issues start. First, my package was stolen because the delivery driver doesn’t want to take the time to SHUT our mailbox door. NOW, I am notified that a letter I was waiting for was delivered on Saturday. It wasn’t. It is Tuesday and I still don’t have it in my possession. Mistakes happen, I get it, BUT it’s not that hard to OPEN your eyes and make sure things are in the correct, safe location. At this point, McDonald’s gets my order correct more than they get my mail delivery right. Figure it out. Honestly. It’s ridiculous.
