- EHElizabeth HarrisonMay 7, 20261.0Extremely disappointing experience at FedEx. I went in trying to ship a few simple documents to Hong Kong and was incorrectly told that I needed an EEI/export filing code in order to send them. This caused unnecessary stress, confusion, and wasted time. After researching the regulations myself, I confirmed that standard document shipments like mine are exempt from EEI filing requirements. Instead of helping, the employee confidently gave incorrect information and made the process far more complicated than it needed to be. They told me it would be over 400$ I ended up going to DHL, where they immediately knew how to handle the shipment professionally and had everything processed quickly with no issues. For an international shipping company, I expected much better training and knowledge from FedEx staff regarding basic international document shipments. It cost me 83$ to get it shipped at DHL.

I really appreciated them going the extra mile and wanted to give them a shout out!

- MAMatthew AlvarezDec 26, 20251.0I went to the store today to return an iPhone to Apple. The guy helping me totally refused to send the device back because it wasn't in the right box. Seriously? Apple gave me a return box, and FedEx told me not to use it. Instead, they made me rip it apart and pay almost $15 for their phone box. Apple gave me a return box. Why would I buy a box from them? Why couldn't they just use the one Apple gave me? I kinda feel like this guy just wanted to hit his quota for the year and was being super difficult with me. And the wild thing is, this has happened to me twice before at this place. I wouldn't recommend this location or FedEx in general.
