This was my first time shipping a package to Thailand with DHL. The lady at the front desk was super nice! She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and supportive. She patiently answered all of my questions and made the entire shipping process so easy and stress-free. It was such a pleasant experience, especially for my first international shipment. Thank you for the wonderful service. Employees like her make such a difference!

I came here to collect my 75 kg (about 165 lbs) package from my cousin that was shipped from Indo. Bring your ID then signature. You need to ring the bell at the front desk to have someone come get you. After that, you pay the customs border tax, and then everything goes l smoothly as I receive the package.
