  I came here to collect my 75 kg (about 165 lbs) package from my cousin that was shipped from Indo. Bring your ID then signature. You need to ring the bell at the front desk to have someone come get you. After that, you pay the customs border tax, and then everything goes l smoothly as I receive the package.

  Never attempt the delivery! Very disappointing that I always have to drive to them over 10 miles to get my package!

  They never attempt delivery to 735 Wisconsin! Every single time I get a package they fail to deliver. So disappointing! I always have to drive to them to pick up package. It's 144 unit building and yet they just simply ignore it every single time. So frustrating!
