- MBMichael BenderJul 6, 20264.0I went in for an issue with certain packages being delivered to my house. My issue is with the United states postal service in general and has nothing to do with the post office in New Richmond. Can't lie I was a jerk when I went in there this morning. The lady I spoke to was very professional, understanding, she listened and was kind the whole time. The post office in New Richmond gets five stars from me, my issue is with the Saint Paul distribution center.
