My issue is with the United states postal service in general and has nothing to do with the post office in New Richmond. Can't lie I was a jerk when I went in there this morning. The lady I spoke to was very professional, understanding, she listened and was kind the whole time. The post office in New Richmond gets five stars from me, my issue is with the Saint Paul distribution center.

They need to slow down and actually pay attention to which box they’re putting packages in. I got 2 different peoples packages in my mailbox today, yet my package was marked as delivered and was in fact not in my mailbox.
