Today I was told by the assistant of Eric, the post-master to stop emailing them because they don't have time to be reading my emails. Mind you, my mail has been stolen and I have photo evidence. I will update my review if they ever assist me with solving this problem.

My package was delayed a day so once it got to NG post office I figured I’d pick it up there before being sent off on delivery truck. Girl was extremely unhelpful/disrespectful towards myself who was just trying to recover late product. She made it rather clear she was not going to help me in any way shape or form because “if it was there it was prolly buried”…. DO NOT RECOMMEND ENTERING ESTABLISHMENT UNLESS YOUR WILLING TO GET 0 HELP AND BELITTLED.

I live 4 miles from new glarus the first one arrived a week later and I am sill waiting for the last one which so far is a week. I could have gotten mail from Europe quicker. I guess I can't blame N.G. entirely because the mail goes to Madison before me and Madison is all screwed up.
