  Today a girl weighed my 3lb prepaid package incorrectly on the scale, so it appeared 17lbs 13oz. I went back in 10 minutes later when I realized on the receipt that it was incorrect. She told me that the weight does not matter and that they often have other things on the scale so it’s not accurate. I told her that the weight does matter, that weight does affect the price of shipping. I told her that with the incorrect weight, I will get charged for my prepaid label not covering enough and that I needed an accurate weight for my package. I think she may have been new because she was not understanding that overstating the package at 17lbs will cost me! She said my package (that I dropped off 10-15 minutes ago) was already gone. I understand mistakes happen but I really think the employee needs to be trained better to know that having an empty scale prior to weighing matters and that just because it’s a prepaid label doesn’t mean for some reason that weight doesn’t matter. Please pay attention when they weigh your package and try to catch it before they quickly print the receipt but it’s hard because they don’t verify weight with you, it’s printed immediately. And please train your employees! I was shipping a pair of shoes that that I sold and with the charge back in extra shipping, I will be losing money :(

  They were extremely helpful. Helped us to pick up a large item and pack it for delivery. This was at the 2026 Oshkosh Fly-In. We couldn’t have done the shipment without their help. We appreciated their help.

  I’m so sorry I didn’t know this has been here for such a long time. This is the best server service ever, and every pilot needs it in. Brooklyn was super helpful.. We’ll do things differently, knowing you exist.

  This UPS Store is excellent. The service and communication is fantastic. I have been a customer of this store for a number of years and become regular customer through out the EAA conventions. Christie has an effortless way of valuing my business and they alway go the extra mile to ensure I am looked after. James has also alway provided professional service and goes the extra mile to help out. I had a very heavy package last year and he insistent that he drive it to my camp site. This was not expected by in anyway. I was happy to pick my package up on the grounds of EAA! I encourage you to stop by their tent and use these great people for all your shipping needs!
