- GCGabriele CMay 10, 20265.0Wait was o.k. One clerk had to reboot his computer. He helped people picking up mail while his computer was booting up. The 2nd clerk helped the customers that were waiting to mail stuff. It was a little wait but nothing significant. Mailed a box for Thursday delivery and it got there a couple of days early, which was great. Overall it was a good experience.

The postmaster, Jill, is very awesome. She was very helpful in helping me find my mail while being super friendly as well! I would highly recommend Jill and everyone at the Muskego post office for being so awesome!

- SGSwizzul GamingOct 2, 20171.0I would leave zero stars if possible but the lowest I can go is 1. Where do I start? Lets see: mail is never on time and comes randomly so you can never plan your day around when the mail is arriving if you are expecting a package. I've had several packages or pieces of mail delivered to the wrong person and then checked off as if I've received it. They seem to not want to do their job unless forced. What I mean is I called and asked for a packaged that was arriving the same day to be left at a certain location at my residence and they said "we can't call the drivers due to safety issues", yet they have made mistakes and when I've called, they call the drivers. I recommend you try to use UPS or some other way to deliver your mail.
