- MKMichaela KrebsMay 19, 20261.0I walked in and had packages that just needed to be scanned and needed some stamps. There was 1 customer in the store that was looking around for her shipping material when I walked in. She was not in line. I was first in line and called to the counter and right as I got my few packages onto the counter the male worker there asked me to step aside so help the woman who was looking at packaging materials. It was rude and I should have been helped first since I was at the counter already ready to do the business I came in for. I don’t understand why I was pushed aside nor was I given any explanation on why I wasn’t helped first since I was already at the counter. Unprofessional, rude and just bad business handling. I will be finding another USPS to be doing my business with.

They are convinced that a bubble mailer with something small inside can only be sent via a large flat envelope (non-machinable postage) or via priority mail, and cannot be sent Ground Advantage. The usps website says packages can be sent with GA and a bubble mailer is indeed a package. I ship out hundreds of packages each month with GA and this post office is the only one that thinks a bubble mailer can’t go GA if the contents are small.

I was on hold for four hours just trying to get some help on all our lost packages. Every number I call, they just pass me to a different number. And no the insurance is a joke. I get it and they don't stand behind it. If this was a non government agency it would be theft.
