  I had a high value package that I needed to mail out ($10,500 Rolex). The guy at the ups store would not take it! I even had a UPS mailing/postage document ready to go, ready to be afixed to the package. Bc it was a high value item, the company i was sending it to (and had provided me the mailing/postage document) had also provided me with a document for ups to sign. The guy would not sign it! Ignorantly saying he (he himself!) could be held liable. Hahaha! Buddy, you work for a company! I couldn't believe that a ups store would refuse to mail something for which I already had the ups postage and the worker also ridiculously thought he would be personally held responsible. Thank you so much ups for giving me an absurd experience and causing me to run around to myriad ups stores to see if one would take a ups package! Why even call yourself a ups store. Geez!

  I had a prepaid shipping label for a package which needed to be printed. They charged me $2 for a piece of paper. I understand they need money for the store but I’m already shipping and paying UPS. If they’re going to charge that much money for a little piece of paper I’ll stick to FedEx. For comparison the local library only charges 10¢.

  This UPS location is great. One of the employees helped me avoid getting scammed today. He definitely went above and beyond. I'm very appreciative.
