I specifically called this Staples location ahead of time to ask if they could laminate my wife’s school calendar. I was told to bring it in the next morning and that it would be completed by the end of the day. When I arrived, they told me they were too busy and would not do it. What made the experience worse was how rude and dismissive they were about it. I understand that businesses get busy, but don’t tell a customer to make a special trip and promise a service if you have no intention of honoring it. A simple apology or an attempt to help would have gone a long way. Very disappointing customer service and a complete waste of my time.

Store Manager Tyler Pierce went out of his way to handle a very complicated problem I had that was involving my son and the huge business he works with and an order that business had sent to the wrong address so I needed to bring g the Staples merchandise to Staples to credit it back to the business. Tyler was VERY Knowledgeable, patient, understanding of this very unusual business mix up of my son's boss, etc. Store Manager Tyler got the very complicated issue resolved and my son's boss wlwho was responsible for this mess said she was really thankful for Tyler's expert help and resolving the problem. Store Manager Tyler gets 5 Stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟, Hope he gets a huge raise, he deserved it. I've worked Customer Service my entire life, I'm now retired and have NEVER met a nicer Store Manager than Tyler.
