  I've been working with Mad City Techs since 2023 (Fair Valley Performance has used them for years before I started) and I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. Every person I’ve worked with (Max, Kevin, Ian, Jon, Dan, Nathan, & the rest) have been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, whether I’ve had a big technical issue or something small that I just couldn’t figure out (AKA dumb questions). What really stands out to me is how consistently great the service has been over the years. They take the time to actually listen and explain things in a way that makes sense, and they check in to make sure the problem is taken care of. I love that I am worry free when it comes to all this tech stuff I know nothing about. I truly appreciate all of their help, and I absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a fabulous tech support team to help them along their journey. Worth every penny!

We worked directly with the MCT team, who consistently demonstrated strong communication, responsiveness, and follow‑through. What was the result? MCT delivered exactly what we were looking for. They have been reliable, timely, and effective in managing our IT needs. Unlike past vendors who over‑promised and under‑delivered, MCT has met expectations and helped stabilize and improve our daily operations. How did you feel after working with us?   We receive tech support from Mad City at my business, they assist us with all tech related needs including regular maintenance and security checks, general troubleshooting, new hire computer programming, and even recommendations for better equipment, which they then help install and program to our specific needs. Every person on the team is kind, thorough, very knowledgeable and we receive a timely response! They are happy to not only get you setup properly, but ensure that you understand the programs and equipment you are using so it works in the most efficient way possible. I also appreciate that they have a large enough team to be available and respond quickly, but small enough that they remember who you are and what your needs relate to. Highly recommend!
