- LGLocal Review “That guy” GuyJul 15, 20261.0If you go to drop off packages at the counter, make sure you ask for a receipt. Have had numerous drop offs not scanned for days at a time when left at the counter. If someone is around things go smoothly, but if you’re unlucky and nobody is around, it’s a gamble.
- KBKayla BenderMay 20, 20261.0Most of the staff are friendly. Although every single time I ask for my packages to be scanned for business purposes because then my other listings sell faster. The week day front desk lady never does it. As it pops up on ebay poshmark and the 3 others I sell through. The weekend help is absolutely AMAZING! She scans every time I ask her to. I've had many lost packages that (I'm pretty sure Kathy is here name) has told me she shipped and haven't made it to theit destination. This is why I ask for them to be scan because then it holds her accountable and the usps staff. This has been an ongoing issue for the last 90 days.

I put myself in a bad position waiting until the last minute to get a Real ID from the DMV and had a work trip come up where I needed it immediately. I initially thought they would print the new license at the DMV but was informed that they give you a paper copy and mail out your physical ID. I found out when they mailed it and was guessing that it was on our way to the house today. Well, I was about an hour from needing to leave for the airport extra early to get through security and so I figured I'd go down to the post office because our mail doesn't typically arrive until early in the afternoon and see if they could help. Kathy and the amazing team were able to point me in the direction of the mailman, Ron. I found him, approached him out of the blue, and he was nothing but accommodating. Luckily enough, he had the envelope with the new license in hand. This made my life a heck of a lot easier for this trip! Thanks again to everybody for their help!
- JRJesse RuppJan 11, 20251.0Individuals saying they were there when they are not witnessed by me and elected officials. 10am doors locked guy sitting back in a chair. Linda used to grab keys out of the boxes for packages that won't fit into your post office box. Now every single larger boxes has a key inside. Sad when people don't want to work. Linda stayed busy. Always doing something. I would rather not call my friend Josh Hawley and get him involved. But I may if it continues.
