  There was a sign on the door that this location is now only for PO box service, there was no staff here.

  So I have to edit because my issue was resolved within a day. I was able to get a refund. Not sure where a my mail went, So that's something good. They have no problem returning your mail to sender if you go out of town and don't check your mailbox every week. They have no refund for a PO box even if they send your mail back every week. They lose your packages and put in the system that you picked them up. Supposed to be a felony to keep people's mail from them. But apparently it's an everyday thing at this PO. I only set up this box because my home mail was being sent back because I received those coupon mailers despite cancelling them. My home mailbox is crammed with circulars and my regular mail gets returned to sender. Is this considered okay? Someone needs to let me know if paying twice for mail delivery and not receiving it makes sense. Am I expecting too much? I see they pick and choose who to be courteous to. I can just picture the people who get 5 star service and give 5 star ratings. They don't look like me...
