Definitely go to a different post office, I’ve been to many in the city and this is by far the worst. Employees are rude and don’t know what they’re doing. The rudeness probably stems from being stressed out by how incompetent they are

I would go to the Oklahoma location because its really close to me but its been 3 times in a month we keep having stuff broken or just missing.. only happens in this location.. only really cared last time that one of the workers seemed bothered by me bringing in multiply packages..I find myself driving past Oklahoma now to go all the way to latyon.

The new employees at this location are terrible. This used to be a great little neighborhood post office, but I just go to Layton now.

The people who work here now are genuinely nuts. The young woman at the desk was really rude, then, she claimed I stole tape — there was a tape dispenser open on the desk— and then used my address to send me a rude message in the mail. I support the post office, but, this woman is a jerk and genuinely misusing the mail to harass people.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Talk about lack of customer service. My mother in law sent a package from FRANCE and spent a lot of money on priority as soon as it was in route delivery in MILWAUKEE, WI it came back as "insufficient address" Just because my house didn't have a NAME on the mailbox what the heck.. this has never been an issue. She has sent various packages in the past and all of sudden she spends all this money just for it to get sent back to France?! My own parents house doesn't have a name and I have never had this form of issue (Besides the point) but THEY'RE AT FAULT the person on the phone was very rude and aggressive A BECKY she said there was nothing she was able to do and the lack of empathy or understanding was disgusting and I will come into the office and call again to speak to a supervisor because I am so mad that this is the kind of "customer service" they give so ridiculous. They don't understand the concept of trying to help
