This is the third time I've had to refund someone & not get paid because some incompetent worker couldn't be bothered to scan the package. Depop is my only source of income & the only way I get paid is when a package is delivered & when the worker doesn't scan my package depop can't update the shipping information therefore even though we shipped the package 4 day's ago it still says "ship order" once it goes past 10 day's of no shipment im forced to refund the buyer no matter what. Now I'm going to end up refunding this buyer all because someone couldn't do their job & their goes my money. But hey at least the stupid postal worker who didn't scan my package gets paid for not doing their job while I end up losing out on my money even though I did my job. This post office was better when I was a kid. Not it's absolute crap. I hate this post office
