Mail was supposed to be delivered to my home and there was construction that day so mail was not delivered. I expected it to come the next day however it did not. I called 4 days later they said the mail could not be found and to call the sender however I saw on the app that it was supposed to be delivered but now it cannot be found. I don't feel they took the call seriously and now I have to wait to see if it shows up before I can have the piece of mail resent from the sender.

- XFXico FeoJan 7, 20201.0Was there yesterday morning waiting for the place to open at 8:30am as advertised. 8:35am someone came out to announce that the clerk in turn wouldn't be in for another 10min. Needless to say, in had to leave without package i was there to pickup cause i needed to be at work at 9am and no, it wouldn't be acceptable and completely unprofessional for me to show up late for work. Unless you work as clerk at this location.
