- AGAndrea GavilanAug 19, 20261.0Lashonda was the one who I talked to, really rude, I got there because I wanted to return something, wanted to charge me to use tape??? Thankfully the girl next to her was really nice and said we could use the tape that it’s for costumers which she Lashonda dis not mention and wanted to charge me right way. Really bad experience here, and it was my first time here and returning something, would never go back here

- TTThomasJul 10, 20261.0I had to put a 1 star, if I had my way. a big ZERO! Just saw the review on this 7353 W. Forest Home Ave (Post Office) about lazy people. Walk in 2:20pm, had an appointment today at 2:30pm, there was a guy with no hair, had just sat their stare at me, didn't even give me a customer service attitude say what can I help you with, I stated I had a passport appt. at 2:30pm. The guy said you didn't get a call/text, she left for the day. You can go downtown. I stated I had scheduled this time during my lunch. No apology, or customer service energy. I work in HR, and I know if my own employees acted this way with no communication, they would of been fired.

- KGKelly GMay 28, 20261.0This was the longest wait ever. The clerk didn’t know the difference between Columbia and British Columbia. It took him over 20 minutes to send some guys’s package to the correct county and even then he didn’t ship it the way the guy wanted. The clerk called for help. No one came. Some guy came out to clean the computers and didn’t notice the line of 8 people waiting and walked away. Pathetic.
