She insulted me as soon as I stepped up to the counter. Another person asked her a question she made her so visibly upset she just gave up & left. Her badge was turned toward her so you couldn't see her name. I know these are difficult times however it's not an excuse for rude behavior.

I'm tired of this, if I could pick up my own mail I would. But unfortunately I don't get home from work until after they are "closed", which is at 5 pm.
