I had a very uncomfortable and upsetting experience at this USPS location. I was assisted by an employee named Tony, who was extremely rude, dismissive, and impatient with me from the beginning.
I explained that English is not my first language and that I needed some assistance, but he showed very little patience and refused to help me properly with my packages. His attitude and the way he spoke to me made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. Another customer actually had to step out of line to help me.
What bothered me most was not the situation itself, but the way I was treated. I left feeling humiliated and miserable. No customer should be made to feel that way simply because they need assistance.
I have already submitted a formal complaint to USPS and sincerely hope management takes this seriously and reviews how customers are treated at this location.

Repulsive service!
The staff behind the counters treat you like you are squatting on their lawn and asking for change and directions to the nearest liquor store. Countless times here I get dreadful treatment.
I am a successful BUSINESS owner on eBay I take in 11k a year and ship 3 packages a week with USPS. The staff here treats you like they are babysitting you and package experts so I always prepay on eBay take QR code to self service machine and tape the label on with extra tape to weather proof it and drop it in drop box to AVOID these women. (It's always the women here).
Today the QR label printer is out of order. First time ever. And dumbfounded I hesitate to go to the counter of doom. Holding my box and showing the QR code on my phone I proceed to explain it's out of order and just need a label.
The black woman in the glasses takes it upon herself to try to take my box and ignore my request. Insisting she needs it. No you dont. Then proceeds to ask if the previous label on the box is the label I said NO I am just here for you to print my QR code label. And that shell print my label and slap it on. Despite me taking extra precautions to weather proof tape the QR label once it's printed which is not her concern nor business. I just requested a QR label. She proceeds to tell me the current label taped to box needs to be removed this and that.
I raised my voice for this woman to snap out of her know it all attitude assert I AM A BUSINESS OWNER. I KNOW WHAT IM DOING I NEED My QR LABEL PRINTED. She then stares at me in a how dare you manner to then say she knows what she's doing too. Clearly not if I show u a QR code and you ignore my request. She then shouts over to someone behind the counter to go fix the self serve machine for me then shoos me out of her line.
The man walks by me ignoring me to go fix the machine not giving me service nor acknowledging me. So I don't stand there like an idiot - I follow him & get semi close to the machine to introduce myself for him to then snap and say I'm going to need to you back away I have to enter my password into this machine. He fixed it but damn.
WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOUR STAFF!!!?
I highly suggest you slap FOUR working 24 hour self service machines in replacement of your rude miserable staff and do a sweeping layoff asap. The machines will surely perform better than these people. Both in friendliness & productivity.
