- J9J 93 days ago1.0I called to get information about getting a PO Box for a business that I work for, I do not own it. I was unable to get all the answers I need due to the staff being unwilling to hear what I was asking and instead just telling me what they wanted to say. They got testy with me stating that they had answered my questions. Well, you didn't. You made me feel like you couldn't be bothered to try to understand my questions and provide the answers I needed. Shame on you.

- CRCharles Lee RayJun 15, 20261.0I’ve been to this post office multiple times at 9 AM which is the labeled time on the door and website however, they are never open on time or ready workers and workers will never acknowledge you not even with a simple “good morning”. They’ll just look at you from behind the screen or counter with no instruction or urgency whatsoever. Then they have the audacity to be rude to you when they’re running behind. You’re the US Postal Service not Panda Express..if you open at 9am, you need to be ready at 9am.
