- RJRachel St. James1 day ago1.0Got told when I came in around 1 pm on 09/2/2026. I did a horrible job packaging five times. Girl, I know, one time was enough. Then she yeeted my package several feet in the air.
- BEBob ElzAug 27, 20261.0Employees are so rude to customers. This is a challenging post office to visit. A gentleman had a package delivered via DHL for school here at the Milwaukee school of engineering and they were so aggressive and telling him they shouldn’t have done it that way. They were not helpful. They were rude and condescending and frankly mean. I was embarrassed that they were representing the United States Post Office with this gentleman from another country. This place needs extreme help and training.

I was unable to get all the answers I need due to the staff being unwilling to hear what I was asking and instead just telling me what they wanted to say. They got testy with me stating that they had answered my questions. Well, you didn't. You made me feel like you couldn't be bothered to try to understand my questions and provide the answers I needed. Shame on you.
