- TMTina MarieJul 10, 20265.0The day I went in, they were very busy. I had a package that had been mailed to the wrong address. The clerk took the time to trace my package and gave me a phone number to a manager that could possibly help me intercept my package. I was able to intercept my package and picked it up at a different location. I wish I could name the young lady who helped me. She was so kind, very polite and obviously very helpful.

This man told me and 5 different people who were waiting for it to open that. Then I came back at it’s now 2:57pm. and a women said close early. The lady excuse exact words “we can’t help if they’reshort staffed and she was only suppose to be there until 1pm.” She saw me with my two kids. I only had to packages to ship. And this affected my work I had deliveries to make for my job. My gas, my time. If you can’t help y’all short staffed then close down or change the time.
