- CCCaja CalisthenicsJun 12, 20262.0My mom and I had scheduled appointments in advance for different days of the week for our passport books. We were both called and told that we will have to either reschedule or come at a earlier or later time due to lunch breaks which I feel is inconvenient for the customers. Then my mom was told that they did not have enough stuff. What was suppose to take 30 minutes took 1 hour and 30 minutes. I will not be scheduling here no more.

It is now over 24 hours later and the packages still have not been received and I cannot get in contact with anyone. This is affecting my business! Should have known simply based on location. Will continue to use the post offices Downtown Milwaukee to ensure my packages are shipped efficiently since this post office seems to have lack luster staff.

- WKWendi KMay 21, 20261.0While I don't go to this post office for any of my postal needs, this is were my mail is delivered from, if they deliver it. Numerous times informed delivery has shown we were expecting mail but it was never delivered, not even in the following days. I don't know if that is the mail carriers issue or the post office's issue. All I can say is I wish this was not where my mail goes through.

I understand that not being a Milwaukee native I might not completely understand the flow of customer service but this place is beyond ridiculous and beyond rude. If you have anything important to do, I would not recommend coming to this facility. This is the facility closest to me, but today my passport appointment was canceled day of it’s imperative to me to get this passport and despite leaving a voicemail that I could call and reschedule, my attempt to talk the passport specialist was a nasty interaction and she was inconsiderate of my situation despite me having booked this appointment weeks ago. She was plain inconsiderate. She made it impossible for me to reschedule today and then after stating that I could come in today, she told me that I could not reschedule for any other time in the future over the phone. With all the craziness in the world, when at least somethings are structured to be done easily, we shouldn’t have to deal with the headache of terrible customer service.
