- HJHeavo JMay 11, 20261.0super friendly and helpful manager, people working upfront super lazy and drag their feet. literally took the front lady 5 mins to give me my package i called ahead about maybe 35 mins before. asking for unnecessary stuff past already verifying my id, wasting time instead of handing me my package that was waiting for me.

My mom sent me a box in June 2018 and it was NEVER delivered😡They told me supposedly their system said that my box was delivered, but the deliver lady never scanned it as delivered. When checking my tracking# it showed the box was still in transit. 2nd time I went they said my mom never put my apartment # and she never wrote her address on the box. How is that even possible!🤔😡🤬
