  If you're mailing something internationally, you're better off with FedEx. The staff here isn't knowledgeable about customs regulations, and, having never shipped documents internationally, I wasn't advised correctly and my package was ultimately returned to me. $115 down the drain. Additionally, they did not present me with all my shipping options, but automatically chose "the cheapest" option for me (their words), which is actually shipped via USPS and thus much less reliable. I would have liked to hear all my options. Finally, I asked the staff member helping me to please put one extra piece of tape on the envelope, and she said she would, but there was no extra tape when I ultimately got the package back. Won't be back!

  I am a retired 77-year-old disabled senior, who went to your store to return an Amazon purchase. The reason I was returning it was it was too heavy for me to lift and use. I went into the store and requested help from a male employee to bring in the return. I was parked in front of the store in disabled space. He refused to help me he told me it was the owner’s policy that they could not leave the store to help anyone. He said “you can use that” and pointed at a heavy metal dolly. The Dolly was huge heavy, and there was no way I was going to be able to get it out through the door of the store because of my disability. Yet no one moved to assist me. The other employees just looked down at whatever they were doing in an attempt to stay out of it. I actually pleaded with him to help me. There were other customers in the store and it was embarrassing. I don’t understand what kind of policy the owner has implemented that would make customers not want to return. I am not sure where these employees come from, but they lack kindness and compassion. I’m sorry, but I could never return as a customer because unfortunately it is likely that I may need assistance again. I’m planning on taking additional actions by notifying Amazon of this incident and filing a complaint with proper authorities. There are laws pertaining to the treatment of disabled individuals I’m assuming.
