- JBJ BNov 17, 20181.0They have lost two packages of mine in the span of a month. The tracking for both of my items showed that they were delivered to my mailbox. However, never got them. They obviously delivered it to the wrong mailbox in the apt complex I live in. The first screw up by them, was never resolved. Had to wait for someone to realize they had the wrong package and drop it off at my doorstep. The second time, which is recent, again showed a tracking that confirmed delivery. Again, no package in my mailbox. Called and received promise of follow up, but no one ever calls back. Finally intercepted the mail carrier, who couldn't have been more rude and suggested I put the wrong address for delivery. Uh, no dude, the tracking showed the correct address. So now, I have to wait and see if someone from the apt complex will again drop off package at door step. This wouldn't happen if the carriers were more careful about putting the mail in the correct mailboxes to begin with. So frustrating.
