Everytime I've had to deal with this post office the woman has been very very rude. The first time I was there I needed a letter mailed. She asked "well what do you want me to do?" I said "put postage on it". Today I had issues with a package being delivered. I was told to contact marshall post office to arrange pick up. She was very rude with me and told me they don't deal with packages and I'd have to contact sun prairie. They told me they would contact the carrier since they have had many issues with this woman being rude and disrespectful. They had my package redelivered about an hour later. I did file a complaint with the corporate office.
