The only carrier I trust is my normal carrier. This postmaster needs to take a class on training and hiring employees because this is getting worse and worse every day.

- ANAlly NFeb 14, 20222.0I scheduled a package pickup (as I’ve done many times due to my work schedule, if a package doesn’t fit in my mail box to be sent out that way), and I got left a note saying something along the lines of “next time please bring large packages to the post office since I don’t have room in my vehicle”… I’m sorry but it’s your job to fulfill pickup requests? next time I’ll haul my 45# package to the post office while I have my toddler with me, and I work every day they’re open! Literally impossible. The amount of time it took them to write the note, they could’ve brought the package to the post office.This isn’t the first incident where they have been rude or lazy in some way or another. I’ve never had an issue with USPS until I moved to this area.🤷♀️
- KNKara L (Niqui)Aug 2, 20211.0I’ve lived in this town for 15 years. In that time this postal service has lost 3 drivers licenses, 2 registration tags, and a $300 computer part. I’ve complained for all 15 years and literally nothing has been done. I constantly deliver my neighbors mail and vice versa. In fact, in the last 5 years I’ve had to tell my neighbors when I’m getting a package just in case it’s left in their mailbox or on their porch. Am I going to be getting paid for completing this places job?
