Does not have even one of the digital self kiosks and the service is atrociously slow so the line is hideous, what is this the 1990s?

Absolutley stunned and hurt at the customer service received from "Clerk 11", avoid her if possible. upon reading the other reviews regarding "Clerk 11" i feel a bit more vindicated ?? validated ?? at the very least i know i'm not alone which is ridiculous to even type. why is she still working here ? I came in open-minded and vulnerable as i needed clarification and assistance around mail forwarding/changing my address, as im young and this is my first time doing a big move. Initially the interaction was average and not even worth a review, until i was met with disdain and a nasty attitude as she was expressing her confusion with my situation and their own online mail-forwarding system. She began leering at me, acting as if it were my fault the system was unable to find my new address on my end, despite me opening with that, along with an empty stare and snark in response to my questions and asking for assistance. She pulled up my new address and began to talk down to me, "I'm easily able to pull it up here, what's your issue again?" for context: after multiple phone calls with various USPS branches, the online website for mail-forwarding would NOT list my address, BUT it is visible on the USPS backend. i decided to go in and try to change my address or forward my mail manually/formally and since this is my first time, i was looking for guidance and see how i should handle this. it seemed as if she did not understand this and took our her frustration on me, despite expressing my own confusion and need for help/guidance. Eventually after some condescending, passive-aggressive instructions in changing my address, all of which i responded to with grace, She was able to lookup and update my new address with their in-office system (yay my problem was solved), but she proceeded to talk down and scold me saying "well you should have been able to find it, the new address is clearly on our system" acting almost as if i was lying or just too stupid to find it ? i had just expressed the exact same issue, that the online mail-forwarding system for some reason will NOT list it, but is available literally everywhere else. i have spoken to multiple USPS people on the phone regarding this weird mixup and how the in-office USPS system and the online mail-forwarding system are DIFFERENT, and that i needed help changing to my new address. after this experience I sat in my car and played the whole interaction over and over again in my head, I truly did not think i did anything wrong besides explain my situation and ask for help, yet somehow i was made out to feel incompetent and as if i were the problem for needing assistance. i have thick skin, i'm young, but this really upset me, and it's coming from the united states post office no less, these are the "boys in blue" i love to support In hindsight it's not a surprise she avoids using her name if she regularly treats people like dung on her shoe when talking to her. Overall, a very regrettable yet necessary experience, and only giving 1 star for my problem getting solved (assuming she understood my problem and didn't screw me over in the long term) all of this contrasted with the patience and "kindness" she had for people in line before me, i genuinely dont know what made her upset with me. I hate when people pull the "young" or "race" card but i truly have no idea as to why she switched up her energy between customers and suddenly decided to suddenly treat me as less than. it's ridiculous to say but no one should be disrespected, let alone at the united states post office. you are the face of a federal service. if you see "clerk 11" and have a "situation", do yourself a favor and ask for someone else, or just give your service/money elsewhere, somewhere they'll respect and treat you as a person.
