Even though he was working alone and dealing with several grumpy customers, he remained calm, patient, and genuinely positive with everyone. It’s not easy to maintain such a great attitude under pressure, but Ben handled every interaction professionally and with a smile. His kindness and professionalism made my visit a pleasant one. USPS is fortunate to have an employee like Ben. Thank you, Ben!
- JJJayJul 13, 20261.0Went into this location on Friday evening, 7/10. There were two customer reps at the counter. The gentleman was helping someone, the lady was free but on her phone not paying attention to the line. The gentleman then became available and asked for the next person in line, that is when the lady turned around and acknowledged the line. I went to the lady, I couldn’t even get my question out before she disrespectfully interrupted me, tried to answer my question and point to a corner in the back with shipping packages. Then tried to tell me I wasn’t understanding because she was impatient. Very unprofessional and continued to talk when I moved to the gentleman when I did not want to deal with her anymore. Don’t have customer service reps at the counter if they don’t provide CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was quiet and did not engage because I will be calling this location looking at these terrible reviews. Completely unacceptable and I’m sure coworkers and the gentleman were uncomfortable!
