- SKSteve KoehnJun 30, 20261.0this place is probly run well but as a whole, USPS should shut down, save taxpayers the money they waste every year and leave this to UPS/FED EX. NEVER have I had a single problem with them, however the USPS consistently screws up addresses/loses packages. And if you are still sending a "letter"....it's 2026 and there are much more efficient ways to communicate.

- JDJeffrey DavisMay 26, 20265.0Lately I have been absolutely thrilled with the absence of wait times and the customer service I received from clerk number 21. I did fill out their survey that they always ask you about but today when I inquired if she had heard about it, she said she had not and that they did not inform her of the positive review I left. I’m sure reviews that bring up issues of concern. Those employees are not notified. I would hope that the post office does also inform their employees of the positive reviews we leave. Either way the East Side post office is a good choice contrary to my experiences at the west side.

I had gone to FedEx thinking doing it there was easier faster etc… well their RushMyPassport service is semi questionable as far as what value they provide for the hefty fee they charge, I brought all my paperwork to Karen, she took care of it and assured me I would get my new passport in 2 weeks no need to pay extra, and that is exactly how long it took, I was beyond pleased with her service and helping me get my passport done and sorted correctly!!
