    This is the worst post office in the state–hands down. They randomly close early, are sooooooooo slow (even for being “short staffed”- the rate at which they move is insanely below average), the drop box for packages is always either full or just blocked closed to which they have a sign that says “if full, just put on the nearest open counter” but there are literally no open counters so you have to wait in a line that’s literally always out the door for an hour or more, and I could go on and on. Needs to be closed down. Update: they also lose packages like no other. If you drop something here, there is a 50-60% chance it’s going to actually be mailed.

    Completely unprofessional and extremely rude behavior from the front desk employee named Ashton. The package tracking clearly showed it was shipped with USPS and marked as handled through USPS delivery. Despite this, Ashton immediately questioned why I came to the post office at all because the order was placed through Amazon. The tracking information itself showed USPS involvement, so this response made no sense and showed a lack of basic understanding. Since there was an address issue preventing delivery, I came to the nearest office politely seeking assistance and clarification. Instead of helping, Ashton responded with a dismissive, confrontational attitude and spoke to me as though I was wasting her time for asking a legitimate question. Her tone and body language were intimidating, hostile, and unnecessarily aggressive from the start. Thankfully, another employee named Tom stepped in and provided a clear, rational explanation within moments, which only highlighted how poorly the situation had been handled initially. I appreciate his professionalism. No customer should be treated disrespectfully for asking about a package that tracking clearly showed was with USPS. One employee created an entirely unnecessary negative experience and reflected badly on this location. Management should seriously address professionalism, customer service standards, and accountability here.

    Went there yesterday to mail something back to it’s sender. The woman who saw me, before doing so, mocked someone who clearly did not speak English and was struggling to formulate a question over the parking. After that when I came to her cashier her she didn’t even let me select my prefered options on the screen over receipt and skipped the service rating as well. Working at customer service sucks at times but if you can’t even be polite when bothered you shouldn’t be there. I will be going to another locations bc I am NOT okay with this type of service.
