  The lady manager/owner behaviors between casual and rude. Several times of not quite pleasant experiences. But on 2nd thought, that might just be her style. She was quite helpful from time to time.

  The customer service at this UPS Store was very poor. The employee was rude, impatient, and not willing to help. It made a simple task unnecessarily frustrating. I would expect a higher level of professionalism.

  Very poor customer service. The woman at the counter told me they are “not UPS,” despite clearly wearing UPS-branded clothing. When I pointed this out, she responded that she doesn’t work for UPS and had an arrogant attitude. I had an express package with a barcode from my insurance company, and she refused to help or explain anything. Completely unacceptable.
