  scammy behavior. Went for a passport photo. First of all the guy won’t let me look at the picture before printing (all he had to do was show it to me in his camera). And the picture did turn out to be blurry and off angled. He was tryna rush despite me being the only customer in store early morning. Also the lighting was bad with shadows visible on my face. Then he also charged me more than the posted rate on the website for a passport photo because I asked for a digital copy. When i said i don’t want a print only a digital copy, guy said he can't process the digital copy like a passport photo (which UPS stores do but okay whatever) but can give me the unedited digital copy along with the print. That was fine with me. I checked the pricing later and it turns out he charged me more than the posted rate. why charge me extra for something you won't even process and edit yourself? And at least tell me if it’s gonna cost extra. You ought to explain your services and pricing before charging people extra. I only wanted a digital copy anyways.

  You really got to love this place. You spend $98.00 for a box, wait on hold and they hang up on you. What a bunch of ignorant people. Guess it is time to file a complaint with the BBB

  I’ve been to this location frequently and haven’t had an issue before today, but wanted to bring this to management’s attention since it’s really problematic. Arrived at 11:40am today and one other customer was there, but no employees. She said she had arrived to a sign on the counter that said “back in 5 minutes”. Doors were unlocked, and no workers were present. Waited 15 minutes with no employees showing up, and several other customers joined me in the meantime. Someone finally someone showed up (didn’t know if he was the employee who had left or was just showing up for his shift), and I told him that we’d been waiting for 15 minutes with nobody there. He had zero response. Ignored me, put his bag down, grabbed my package and just asked “do you want a receipt?” I was flabbergasted. Packages behind the counter were left totally unattended during this time, let alone all of the packing materials on display. Everything open to theft. Seems like a huge liability issue.
