They are almost a week delayed and, despite our reaching out, the cabinet company reaching out multiple times, and the retailer reaching out, there has been no communication. Our cabinet company was able to see that they have them sitting at a dock in Wisconsin. They’ve been there, but they’re not being unloaded or put in delivery trucks. Horrendous company.

Update: 6/22/26 - Still no sign of a dishwasher. I have spoken on the phone with countless people and in the off chance I ever end up getting through to someone, they say they'll follow up with me and prioritize me, but I have now had a triple no show officially and more lies over the phone. If you have an order through RXO and you live far enough from a distribution center, they just keep scheduling a time for you and saying they'll show up and they simply do not. It is terrible service to respond and say you will do something and then just not take any real action. I am in disbelief at how bad this experience is. I am dreading the theoretical actual install from last experience too.
I pity the person that has to deal with RXO. I previously had a terrible experience with their last mile service when I had ordered a new LG washer and dryer directly from the website. The installers barely spoke English so it was difficult to communicate. They were not careful at all, almost refused to do their job without me basically begging, and they installed the got and child water lines opposite of each other they wouldn't stack them because they said it wouldn't fit until I showed them with a tape measure that there was plenty of space. Then they reluctantly did it. I called and complained and they sent someone else on a separate day to fix the problems from the first delivery guys to fix the leveling and ridiculous vent issue. It still wasn't great, but it was less bad. I ultimately had to remove and fix the vent myself.
This time, I ordered a dishwasher from LG directly having failed to learn my lesson from the washer/dryer situation, though the actual product has been good for the last year or so. I was told the 4 hour delivery window on Sunday night being between 3pm and 7pm the next day Monday. I left work early and had evening plans with a friend reunion later in the night. They said they would let me know half an hour before they arrived when they would be arriving, but they just totally ghosted me.
Then I tried fighting through useless AI bots trying to reach customer service and they say that it's after hours and to call back the next day. Then the automated service ends the phone call. You can't even leave a message.
I tried calling LG and had the same problem. Now I have no idea where my dishwasher is and nobody called me to let me know what was going on and nobody responds.
My evening was wasted and I lost time at work too. The most basic common courtesy is to at least inform me that someone happened and that there would be delays. I can't believe what they can get away with.

I would give zero stars if I could. Their technicians improperly installed our new washing machine twice. The second time resulted in water damage to our home. I keep calling and emailing to get help and there’s either no clear response or estimate of when to expect reinstallation or information on our claim. Still waiting…

Complete crap. I paid for professional installation *including all standard parts. They showed up, asked if we had the installation kit (uh, what?) and left the dishwasher sitting in the middle of our dining room.

I have never dealt with a worse shipping company. The service and communication has been terrible. Early this week I was contacted to set up a delivery time for an appliance. I was told that it would be scheduled for Thursday, but that they didn't have a truck going to my area on Thursday. Huh? The person on the call said that it was ok, because some other arrangement would be made before Thursday. What?
Thursday came and surprisingly their web site said that my appliance was on the trunk and would be delivered between 2:00 - 6:00pm and that I would receive a call 30 minutes before delivery. When 6:00pm passed, I called XPO. I was told that the driver was running late and the new estimated delivery time was 9:07pm. At 7:45pm I noticed that there was an update on the tracking and that it would not be delivered because I wasn't home. I was literally home the entire day and I have cameras on both of my doors. No one from XPO came to my house and no one called 30 minutes in advance.
I once again called XPO. They said that the driver filed a delivery failure at 7:45pm. They said that the driver had a picture of my house, but when I asked to see it, they were unable to produce it. Since the delivery failure had supposedly only been a few minutes prior, I asked them to contact the driver to return. They said that the item was already back at the warehouse. The warehouse is approximately 100 miles from my house. I don't think they made that trip in 3 minutes. I asked to talk to a manager and got put on hold and eventually the call was disconnected.
Today I've talked to two more people from XPO. They want to schedule my delivery for next week, but do not know what happened nor can they tell me that it will not happen again. When I asked to speak to a manager, they said that they would note that in the file.
Quite honestly, I will never deal with XPO again by choice. I would leave a 0 rating if possible.
