We did have an issue with our water delivery one week where it was rescheduled multiple times and, unfortunately, we had a no-show without any notification. That was frustrating, especially since this was very unusual for them. That said, they ultimately resolved the issue and even sent us a free bottle, which we really appreciated. We’re happy with the service overall and will continue using them.
