  I really didn’t want to leave a review, especially as a fellow local Madison business owner, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. Within the first month of installation, our sign developed a large crack at the connection point where it had been joined together from two separate pieces. I worked directly with Dan, the owner, throughout this process. Since then, I’ve made numerous calls and sent multiple emails trying to get this resolved. While I’ve been told someone would come out to fix it, no one has ever followed through. Recently, part of the sign failed and flew off. Then, about two months later, the remaining portion also detached, potentially causing damage to vehicles outside. At this point, we are left without a sign. This was a significant investment (around $8,000), and I expected a higher level of communication and support. After continued attempts to resolve this directly, I even sought legal counsel to advise on my behalf, and there has still been no response. We are now left starting over with a new company to have the sign made correctly from the beginning. I have also noticed a similar issue with a neighboring business’s sign that was done by this company. I hope this feedback encourages better follow-through and communication moving forward, as that has not been my experience.

  Grant Signs was such a pleasure to work with! I cannot recommend them highly enough. I had a business in Greenway Station, and they had lots of experience with shopping centers in general and that one in particular. They were recommended to me by the previous management company who was there when I moved in. Their work is gorgeous, and their customer service is excellent. Even when I moved out and needed signage taken down, they worked with me on my tight schedule at the time and got it done by the time I needed it gone. They even remembered me from years earlier when I called for the removal! I never ceased to be impressed and would recommend them to anyone needing commercial signage, either interior or exterior.

  Grant Signs is my Go-To sign sign company. I own a couple mixed-use, commercial, and multi-family buildings in the Madison area. They gave great advice on the best types of signs that would work with my buildings and helped with the city approval process to have the signs put up. They are the company that I recommend to all of my tenants and all of them have hired Grant due to their ideas, timeliness, and fair pricing. Putting signs on my buildings has been worry-free since I began working with Grant Signs.

  Grant signs has been very responsive to our questions and concerns. We have had two small boards replaced in our sign (part defect by another vendor) in a timely fashion. Phone calls and emails are always returned professionally and promptly. They have been very gracious with our learning curve, as we navigate the program used to create eye catching messages. Design and installation couldn't have been any more pleasant -- we LOVE our Grant Sign!
