  First time I have ordered sellers title work through First American. They were wonderful to work with. Martin was prompt with his responses and accomidating for my sellers, when one had to sign a few weeks before closing.

  When working with Closing Officer Kirsten Gunnara I am always certain that no detail will be overlooked and the closing process will go off without a hitch. Her explanations of forms and the entire process to clients are always professional, succinct and basically perfect. Kirsten Gunnara is a consummate professional and a pleasure to work with.
