  FedEx is, literally, the worst. Packages are never on time. On time is a day late, and generally, things sit for several days at junctions. Currently waiting on a package that sat for 3 DAYS at one location, and is now ANOTHER 3 DAYS at another, and by my math will arrive no less than 7 days after the initial estimated date from their own systems. Unreal.

  They did great there. I had to drop off a package that had to get shipped right away and they were really fast at getting everything completed for me. Also I have some physical disabilities and they had parking right up front, they are extremely great accessibility to get in, and friendly staff who will help if needed. Another plus is that they stay open and ship out packages until 8:00pm.

  Worst delivery service ever. Fedex is a joke. Completely incompetent. Order two day shipping, tracking says it's in my city two days later, and then suddenly for no reason it's halfway across the country and now it's delayed 3 days. HOW CAN YOU EVEN MAKE THAT MISTAKE? WORTHLESS!

  Employees are so helpful, but the issue is, why do i need to create an account to ship something with a return envelope? why not just pay for that in store and make life easier!! I went to USPS and they helped me with that in 5 minutes.

  Worst ship center ever. Their driver NEVER follows the instructions even after we submitted tickets to FedEx customer service.
