I paid extra for 2-day shipping, yet my package took over a week to arrive. I contacted customer service multiple times to request a refund for the shipping cost, but no one was able to help and I was repeatedly told there was nothing they could do. If customers pay for a guaranteed service, it should either be honored or refunded when the delivery commitment is not met. Because of this experience and the lack of resolution, I will not be using FedEx again.
