- RBRhonda Brye1 day ago2.0Sent in rebates only to have them return my form that was filled out to Menards without my receipts or the envelope. USPS sent letter saying sorry. Damaged in mail. Show me the damage. I’m guessing sticky fingers took the $125 bucks in rebates and sent them in themselves. Can’t prove it, but I’m not the first person to report this problem. I have also had package from a pharmacy gone missing in the Minneapolis hub. I tried to file a lost claim. Did nothing. Thank goodness pharmacy overnighted to me. Can’t trust people, let alone government workers. We are lucky if the post person even shows up. Digital media shows mail to be delivered each day. Yet no mail gets delivered. I report and never receive. I do receive the man’s mail that lived here before that has been dead for more than 8 years though. Ugh!!!!

From that point forward, everything was smooth sailing. He went above and beyond for me and the rest of the experience with him was fantastic. My experience with USPS was not a great one, but he changed that quickly. Thank you so much for all your help. Such a fantastic level of customer service you provided.
