- JSJustin SchultzApr 22, 20251.0I just spent 20 minutes on the phone with your useless robot system. All it kept saying was, “I think you said this… I think you said this…” over and over again—then it finally hung up on me. Unbelievable. Every post office lists the same damn number, and there’s no way to talk to a real person. This is completely unacceptable. I shouldn't have to waste this much of my time just trying to reach my local post office. I’m done with the runaround. I’m driving down there in person, and someone is going to hear about this today. Fix your phone system. This isn’t customer service—it’s customer torture.
