- RKRichard KlinkhammerMar 4, 20262.0I had a package going from kenosha wi to rockford il. that i shipped on the 2/3/26 which said it was to be delivered 2/5/26, nothing on the 5th then it said the 9th nothing again then the 17th nothing again so i stopped to speak to manager and she didn't know why it was stuck in palatine il. finaly it got there on the 23rd. (i missed my deadline and lost the account with that customer.) 20 days late and the manager said today there is nothing she could do but the first manager said to stop back and they would take care of it for me... SO THE MANAGER TODAY JUST DID NOT WANT TO DO ANYTHING... LAZY.
