    Honestly probably the worst UPS I’ve ever been to. Not only is the staff unwelcoming, the way that they act in there is embarrassing and need an attitude check. I’d rather go anywhere else than here.

    This store deserves a much higher rating than 3.7. The entire staff is always professional knowledgeable and friendly. My goodness they have the #1 UPS employee Jordan. He is always willing to go above and beyond for the customer. During the busiest time of the year Christmas he took the time to figure out why my receipt had the wrong tracking number and assured me that the package was going to the right place. Who does that!!

    I’m a small business owner. When I ship out to a customer. I don’t have any issues. Until now. This is the the second time I’ve had a problem. First time I shipped out a big order and had a canvas picture to ship out to the same address. The young lady behind the desk. Say I have to pay the shipping cost separately from the whole thing. I asked why it’s going to the same place. She said that I still have to pay separate shipping costs. Fast forward till Wednesday I had to ship out another order. I spelled out the customer name. Same young lady who helped the first time she helped again. She still spelled the name wrong. I gave the address it was supposed to say north in front of the street name. She still gotten that wrong. I showed her. She claimed that it was the system. Since this is an ongoing issue. I will not be using UPS again for my business. I have been going to ups for years. For my business. I hope my customers get their order to the right place.

    Usually this place is great, but today the kiosk was out of order and the guy behind the counter was extremely rude and unhelpful.
