- TSTony SyncMar 5, 20255.0I called this local post office after my post office accidentally redirected the package here. I was worried after reading the reviews, but the gentleman on the phone looked for my package in person. After it was not located, he used my tracking number to explain that it was already processed to go to Madison for sorting. Overall the customer service was helpful in my experience, and it was not their fault my package was sent there.

- KKKyleApr 19, 20191.0Horrible customer service! I have a lost package and the last scan is this place. They refused to take my tracking number and simply said "it must have went to Madison". I live over an hour away from Jefferson! This is a monthly subscription service and the package has never went through Jefferson before. She refused to listen to my tracking number and said the package wasn't there before I even told her where I live ....like I said, I live over an hour away. I asked if I could give the tracking number and she simply stated "it doesn't matter the package isn't here". The whole point of tracking number is to see where it's been. There are very valid reasons for some small town post offices closing ........this is one of them!!!! Avoid at all costs!!!
