- EFEmily FuentesJul 1, 20261.0the self service kiosk thing at the front had the prepaid label scanner off so i went to the left hand office to ask the lady to scan it for me and she was incredibly rude and passive aggressive towards me, she gave a sarcastic look to her coworker as soon as i asked her and told me next time use the self service machine, and didn't lose her passive aggression after i told her it was down. not sure what her deal was but she was incredibly friendly and making small talk to the lady she helped before me
